Senior Workday Financials Consultant responsible for hands-on configuration, production support, troubleshooting, and scalable solution design across multiple Workday Financials domains. Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements, deliver enhancements and optimizations, support projects and operational issues, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced, lean team environment.

Design and scale integrations between Salesforce Agentforce and internal AI/data platforms. Define secure, scalable API and event-driven patterns, wrap tools via Apex and Flows, design agent orchestration and multi-step LLM workflows, establish governance and authentication boundaries, and author architectural decision records while collaborating with engineering, data, platform, and security teams.

Provide hands-on administration and configuration of a live Zuora subscription billing environment, supporting billing, payments, revenue/RevPro, change control, reporting, user access, security roles, audit requests, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
