Manage customer relationships, serve as primary contact for inquiries, coordinate onboarding and training, monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention while liaising with internal teams.

Respond to incoming customer calls, identify needs, resolve account and billing issues, document interactions, follow scripts and compliance, escalate complex issues, meet performance targets, and collaborate to improve service.

Create visual concepts for digital and print platforms, including logos, icons, layouts, and branded templates. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure consistent brand application, prepare print-ready artwork, revise designs based on feedback, manage multiple projects, maintain organized files/version control, and stay current with design trends.
