Remote marketing consultant responsible for developing and implementing digital and print marketing strategies to optimize traffic and drive revenue. Duties include SEO/SEM campaign creation, analyzing web traffic and marketing metrics, aligning strategies with company goals, overseeing content and design implementation, organizing PR/promotional events, forecasting, competitor analysis, and advising clients on brand presence.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company and clients, analyze data to optimize campaigns, create cross-channel content (SEO, social, email, print), collaborate with internal teams, and provide strategic consulting and reporting to drive traffic, leads, and ROI.

Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records, process accounts payable/receivable and payroll, prepare tax forms, reconcile ledgers to trial balance, and produce financial reports in collaboration with the accounting team.

Serve as primary client contact, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain CRM records, schedule meetings, handle client communications, streamline internal processes, manage digital files, support invoicing and basic tech troubleshooting.

Coordinate and monitor projects alongside the project manager: schedule meetings, take minutes, assign tasks, track timelines, manage documentation, communicate updates, analyze risks, and help improve processes to ensure projects align with strategy and budget.
