The Controller oversees company-wide accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, project accounting, job costing, inventory-related cost accounting, treasury, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role supports project managers and staff accounting, manages banking relationships, prepares financial statements and variance analyses, ensures CAS/FAR and lease accounting compliance, and leads financial filings. Manufacturing, project accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, Epicor ERP, and DCAA audit experience are important.

Coordinate project lifecycle activities with Program Manager, manage ERP material and documentation readiness, handle engineering change notices and drawing revisions, support production schedule adherence, run production readiness meetings, and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Define budgets and schedules, allocate resources, track performance, manage scope changes, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
