Administer, architect, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and support IBM Rational UCM ClearCase, ClearQuest, and Requisite Pro in Windows and Unix environments. Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Java/J2EE applications across all SDLC phases. The role requires extensive WebSphere Portal or BPM/ODM experience, database and web services development, and strong communication skills.
