Provides remote administrative and operational support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling correspondence, maintaining records, assisting with travel and expenses, supporting onboarding, tracking deadlines, and completing special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Serves as the primary customer contact through email, phone, chat, and other channels. Answers questions, provides product and policy information, investigates and resolves issues, processes requests and account updates, documents interactions, escalates complex concerns, and follows up as needed. Maintains confidentiality, meets service-quality expectations, identifies recurring issues, and participates in training and team meetings while working independently in a remote environment.

Performs accurate data entry, verification, updating, cleanup, organization, and maintenance across databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems. Maintains electronic records, converts documents into digital formats, prepares basic reports, retrieves information, tracks assignments, and supports scanning and filing. The role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, strong organization, dependable independent work, effective time management, and reliable remote-work capabilities.
