Founding Engineer will own the technical roadmap and build Voxology’s AI healthcare automation platform. Responsibilities include architecture, AI/ML pipelines, model training and deployment, backend and frontend development, APIs, automation, LLM orchestration, infrastructure, and rapid prototyping. The role partners with leadership, product, and go-to-market teams while shaping engineering culture and supporting production systems through on-call ownership.

Own Voxology’s technical roadmap and engineering execution while designing, building, and scaling AI-powered healthcare automation products. Responsibilities include developing data pipelines, training and deploying models, shipping backend and frontend features with Python and React, building APIs and services, prototyping LLM automations, and collaborating with leadership, product, and go-to-market teams. The role also includes DevOps, infrastructure as code, testing, PostgreSQL optimization, and on-call ownership.
