Manage the law firm's daily administrative operations, including office logistics, supplies, support staff, reporting, documentation, communications, and workflow coordination. Partner with HR on onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and interviews; collaborate with leadership to address operational gaps; track milestones and interruptions; maintain procedures and confidentiality; and support organizational events. The role requires independent decision-making, strong organization, communication, leadership, and flexibility to work Saturdays or travel as needed.
