Supports post-acquisition integration of mechanical services companies by preparing monthly US GAAP financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement packages. Maintains accounting controls, coordinates with vendors on purchase price accounting and quality of earnings rollforwards, guides office administration teams, and improves finance processes. Reports to the Integration Controller and travels approximately 20%.

Process weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll, ensuring accurate employee data, tax withholding, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Maintain HRIS records, support audits and year-end W-2 and ACA reporting, manage employee payroll inquiries, and coordinate updates with HR, finance, and managers. The role also assists with EEOC and worksite filings, process improvements, and confidential employee data management.

Coordinates administrative, cultural, operational, financial, HR, IT, safety, insurance, fleet, and commercial transitions. Builds integration plans, tracks KPIs and retention, supports stabilization, aligns senior leaders, manages risks, documents lessons learned, and transitions unresolved items. Requires substantial travel to acquired locations, especially during the first 100 days.
