Supports the global sales enablement technology ecosystem and priority enablement programs. Responsibilities include platform administration, configuration, testing, releases, integrations, technology rollouts, adoption initiatives, user guidance, communications, reporting, and issue resolution. Partners with Sales Enablement, IT, Revenue Operations, and technology providers to improve seller productivity, track utilization and feedback, and increase the value of sales, AI, learning, and productivity technologies.

Provides global presales technical expertise for IT virtualization and infrastructure modernization solutions. Partners with account executives, engages customers, leads architecture discussions, presents solutions, advises on virtualization and migration strategies, develops service scopes, and supports pricing and delivery alignment. Requires deep virtualization architecture experience across VMware or related platforms, cloud, containers, security, AI, and infrastructure modernization.

Support Ethics & Compliance by performing compliance monitoring, quality assurance, internal investigations, third-party due diligence, contract compliance reviews, metrics/reporting, and documentation. Cross-train across audit, risk, and compliance functions and produce reports for senior leadership and the board.
