Lead technical marketing for Falcon Secure Access by creating demos, labs, workshops, and technical content that translate secure access, browser security, Zero Trust, and AI security capabilities into market-facing messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. Lead and scale CrowdStrike's Identity Governance & Administration program: manage global IGA teams, design RBAC frameworks, secure non-human identities, embed IAM controls into engineering and product, automate identity lifecycles, ensure platform reliability, enforce least-privilege and compliance, and recruit and develop IAM talent.

Lead and grow a Platform Professional Services team delivering AIDR and Falcon platform implementation, configuration, and operational support. Provide hands-on technical delivery, build services and playbooks, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor staff, and continuously improve AI-driven detection and response offerings for strategic customers.

Provide high-level strategic and operational support to a Senior Vice President and Senior Director in an AI & Autonomous Systems organization. Manage complex, high-volume calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, oversee expense reconciliation and budgets, and lead large-scale executive events. Act as a trusted liaison, exercise discretion with confidential matters, and proactively optimize executive time and cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves deploying and supporting CrowdStrike's AI capabilities in cybersecurity, optimizing threat detection, and mentoring teams on AI solutions.
