Lead and grow a small software engineering team building MongoDB's distributed query engine. Mentor engineers, contribute code, guide architecture and feature design, remove blockers, coordinate dependencies, plan hiring and resources, estimate delivery timelines, and set team culture to deliver new query features and performance improvements.
