Leads and executes brand design across campaigns, events, and digital, print, motion, and environmental applications. Owns design delivery from concept through completion, develops scalable visual systems, maintains brand libraries, and creates enablement resources and documentation. Lead MongoDB's global Partner Program end-to-end: design program architecture, tiering, incentives, and certification; manage a team of Partner Program Managers; partner with PRM, Sales, Enablement, and Digital/AI teams to operationalize and automate program rules; measure ROI and program-driven pipeline; and present program health to senior leadership.

Lead multi-year product strategy for non-human identity and access across MongoDB Atlas, core database, and developer platforms. Drive workload identity federation, programmatic access, AI agent authorization, and developer-first access management. Partner with engineering, UX, and GTM to validate enterprise requirements, prioritize initiatives, and measure adoption. Represent MongoDB externally and mentor PMs to elevate product quality.

Lead product marketing for MongoDB's Public Sector vertical, initially focusing on U.S. federal buyers. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for regulated workloads; create content (briefs, whitepapers, case studies), enable sales and partners, coordinate with compliance/product teams on certifications, run competitive and win/loss analysis, and expand messaging to State & Local and Higher Education.

Build and maintain agent skills, tooling, and evaluation infrastructure: CLIs, libraries, CI workflows, metrics, safety gates, and observability for agent behavior. Design evaluation datasets, investigate failures, and collaborate with product and security teams to ship reliable, reusable internal systems.
