Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for technical and enterprise audiences. Build scalable creative systems and processes, partner with marketing, product, executives, and agencies, and champion experimentation and AI-powered workflows.

Lead and contribute to Elasticsearch core search and indexing capabilities. Define technical vision for indexing, retrieval, and relevance; research data structures and retrieval algorithms; drive roadmap for large-scale search systems; collaborate with product and cross-functional teams; mentor engineers and implement robust, high-performance search infrastructure.
