The Platform Architect will design and scale enterprise AI platforms, focusing on deployment, multi-cloud strategies, and integration with data systems, while enabling developer self-service capabilities and ensuring security and compliance.

Provide on-site engineering oversight for product development and high-volume production across the CEC portfolio. Drive NPI activities, coordinate with IT and global design/test teams, support production debug/FA and quality reporting, facilitate ECOs, attend cross-functional and customer meetings, escalate production issues, enforce IT/security/software standards, provide technical/cost input for proposals, and drive implementation consistency across projects.

Define and validate data center rack and system solutions, perform product validation and failure analysis, create system/component documentation, support test development, train factory/test staff, and resolve manufacturing yield and field reliability issues.

Develop, maintain, and deploy manufacturing test frameworks and customer test scripts for rack and system integration. Support NPI activities, production debug/FA, yield improvement, ECOs, and cross-functional coordination with customers and global engineering teams. Ensure IT/security/software standards and drive consistency across projects.

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Create work instructions, analyze layouts, support PFMEA/control plans, troubleshoot equipment failures, apply statistical methods, and coordinate with production and customers for continuous improvement.

The SEC Reporting Manager will manage quarterly SEC reporting, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead SOX compliance while overseeing accounting processes and staff development.
