Troubleshoots defects, leads root-cause and corrective-action activities, supports new-product introduction builds and DFM reviews, maintains process documentation and controls, trains technicians, and drives continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools. Collaborates with production and maintenance teams to ensure stable manufacturing line performance.

Lead development, deployment, and analysis of electronic and software test programs and equipment.
