Develop and maintain automated test systems and software for liquid-cooled server rack products. Design test plans, execute and sustain manufacturing-level tests for servers, storage, and networking; perform failure analysis, debugging, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, performance, and safety across NPI and production.

Provide on-site engineering oversight for product development and high-volume production across the CEC portfolio. Ensure IT/security/software standards and drive consistency across projects.

Define and validate data center rack and system solutions, perform product validation and failure analysis, create system/component documentation, support test development, train factory/test staff, and resolve manufacturing yield and field reliability issues.

Design and build intelligent web applications, develop and deploy machine learning models to production, support and monitor model/application performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders through the full data-to-deployment lifecycle.

Administer and govern PDM/PLM systems (Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM, PTC Windchill). Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.

The Global Account Director will strategically manage customer relations, develop business strategies, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction while overseeing account management.

Support sales by reviewing quotations and proposals for policy compliance, structuring profitable deals, evaluating discounts and exceptions, managing approval workflows and SLAs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and audit trails to accelerate revenue and ensure governance.

Lead global pricing strategy, governance, and operations for B2B engineer-to-order sales. Lead global strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for LV/MV switchgear, PDUs and RPPs. Manage product line revenue, margins, NPI, compliance, platform standardization, cross-functional commercialization, and multi-region product teams. Support major customer and channel engagements and improve configurator, pricing, and serviceability.
