Lead strategic direction and go-to-market for multiple product lines, own pricing, P&L, and product financials. Manage new product implementation, portfolio changes, channel strategy, compliance, risk escalation, and cross-functional coordination. Provide training, monitor market trends, and ensure regulatory and internal control adherence.
