Design, deliver, and maintain training programs for manufacturing operations. Assess learning needs, develop curriculum and OJT materials, manage LMS activities, analyze training effectiveness, partner with leaders and SMEs, deliver Train‑the‑Trainer, support new product readiness, and travel between facilities to implement and standardize training processes.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy to business objectives. Serve as consultant on employee relations, change management, organizational design, talent, performance, and HR policy. Drive engagement, conduct investigations, ensure legal compliance, and coordinate with COEs on workforce planning, rewards, learning, and HRIS.

Responsible for executing, optimizing, and sustaining STL manufacturing processes. Drive process improvements, apply Lean tools, develop work instructions, perform PFMEA, support NPI and production ramps, design fixtures, coordinate tooling/equipment implementations, and ensure alignment with global AME standards and ISO quality requirements.

Plan, create, and execute verification and validation tests for data center liquid cooling hardware and software. Develop test plans, test cases, and automation (including Python), debug hardware/software interactions, build test network environments, document issues, and report status to leads. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet requirements.

Drive and maintain service and supplier quality across the region by conducting internal and customer audits, supporting corrective actions, implementing and sustaining QMS, reporting quality KPIs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as customer advocate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support supplier quality activities.

Develop and maintain validation automation and test infrastructure for Linux-based thermal and datacenter control systems. Build Python and C/C++ components, embedded device integration, protocol validation (Modbus, Redfish, SNMP, MQTT, CANbus), CI/CD and container tooling, and AI-enabled test generation and diagnostics. Define validation strategies, traceability, quality metrics, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to improve test automation and system reliability.

Support and improve service and supplier quality across the region by performing internal and customer audits, driving corrective actions, maintaining QMS documentation, supporting supplier claims, reporting quality KPIs, and enabling continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
