Lead meeting and convention sales activities for assigned territories: solicit and close business, manage site inspections and client experiences, document activity in Salesforce, coordinate with Meeting Operations, plan and execute customer and industry events, negotiate contracts, and travel up to 50% to build relationships and secure group bookings.

Build and manage Caesars Entertainment sales to drive revenue for rooms, F&B, meeting room rental and related services. Solicit, prospect, and book events; finalize contracts; lead large account sales; conduct site inspections; train and support regional sales staff; collaborate with property operations and other regions; meet measurable sales targets and represent the brand. Travel required.
