Own the full-cycle sales process for Wise Platform’s expense management and Bill Pay vertical across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, solution discovery, consultative selling, enterprise negotiations, closing, territory planning, revenue growth, partner acquisition, CRM pipeline management, forecasting, executive presentations, and representing Wise at industry events. The role requires selling complex API infrastructure, embedded finance, fintech, or B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise clients and traveling as needed.

Manage U.S. and Canadian corporate tax compliance, outsourced providers, tax provisions, audits, statutory filings, SOX controls, and tax reporting calendars. Partner with finance, accounting, controllers, and systems teams to improve data accuracy and automate tax processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, risk management, international tax initiatives, and stakeholder relationships across a multinational technology and financial services organization.

The Channel Sales Manager will build and scale Wise Platform’s North American channel sales function. Responsibilities include developing partnerships with core banking providers, payment platforms, system integrators, and consultancies; managing partner onboarding, governance, contracting, and launches; generating partner-sourced pipeline; coordinating with business development and cross-functional teams; assessing the regional ecosystem; and driving partner revenue, integrations, transaction volume, and commercial KPIs.

Conduct risk-based quality assurance reviews of suspicious activity reporting and AML processes. Assess compliance with policies, regulatory guidance, and risk appetite; identify findings, root causes, and materiality; document and communicate recommendations; analyze trends; support investigations and continuous improvement; and meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets.

Own operational strategy and execution for enterprise banking and fintech partners. Drive retention, transfer success, SLA performance, and scalable partner operations through data analysis, success plans, business reviews, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage escalations, influence product and engineering roadmaps, support technical integrations, and build relationships with senior partner stakeholders. Identify recurring service issues and implement solutions that improve partner and end-user experiences.

Own technical relationships with Tier 1 Wise Platform partners after launch. Maintain integration health, troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, and backend issues, and coordinate incident resolution with Engineering and Support. Lead technical change adoption, monitor SLAs, advocate for partner needs, and influence product roadmaps. Build scalable technical account management processes, documentation, tooling, and best practices across globally distributed teams.

Conducts financial crime quality control reviews, Check-the-Checker assessments, dispute resolution, calibration sessions, and compliance risk escalations. The role mentors and accredits new hires, leads training and knowledge transfer, maintains quality documentation, and drives process improvements with Training, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, Operations, vendors, and compliance stakeholders. Uses data analysis tools to identify trends and improve investigation and quality workflows.

Partner with commercial and delivery teams to build scalable reporting, KPIs, dashboards and forecasts. Analyse sales, pre-sales and delivery performance to reduce time-to-revenue, improve deal velocity, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive commercial growth.

Monitors and evaluates FinCrime operations agents, vendors, and products through quality reviews. Provides constructive feedback, escalates sensitive cases, supports calibration and onboarding, identifies root causes, and recommends process, tooling, and reporting improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, SAR/STR/SMR reporting, global financial crime regulations, and operational quality standards.
