Sell Infoblox cloud-first networking and security solutions to enterprise accounts. Own full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline building, forecasting, channel development, and closing. This role focuses on removing sales barriers as a Senior Sales Engineer, collaborating with sales teams, creating technical content, and educating partners about Infoblox solutions in cloud and security.

Senior Sales Engineer will support enterprise sales by designing and demonstrating Infoblox networking and security solutions, building technical business cases, delivering demos/POCs, creating technical content, mentoring peers, engaging partners, and identifying expansion opportunities. Role requires frequent fieldwork and close collaboration with account teams to translate AI-enabled networking/security capabilities into customer outcomes.

Lead and grow strategic technology and cloud partnerships to drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline. Build executive relationships, recruit and enable partners, coordinate cross-functional GTM activities, manage joint pipeline generation, track alliance performance, and influence product and go-to-market strategy. Use AI tools and CRM/partner platforms to optimize engagement, reporting, and partner enablement.

Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs that define strategy, establish governance and KPIs, align stakeholders, manage risk, and drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with senior leaders, enable adoption, own executive communications, and help build PMO standards and AI-first approaches to improve program delivery.

Own capability-centric, end-to-end architecture for assigned domains. Create capability maps and architecture views, define standards and reusable patterns, guide AI, data, integration, and infrastructure solution designs, lead governance and design reviews, embed safe AI and automation, and deliver roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.

Lead strategic partnerships with AWS, Azure, and GCP to drive co-sell, marketplace adoption, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Align hyperscaler sellers and Infoblox teams, build executive relationships, scale marketplace transactions and repeatable plays, use CRM and analytics (including AI tools) to track pipeline and performance, and influence cross-functional roadmaps to accelerate cloud adoption and revenue.

Define architecture and reference designs for large-scale AI infrastructure and networking (GPU clusters, training/inference, multi-cloud). Lead customer engagements, partnerships, automation, and publications to shape AI platform and operational best practices.

Lead IPO readiness and investor relations efforts, drive long-range FP&A and strategic planning, support M&A (with emphasis on post-acquisition integration), build executive and Board-level analyses and presentations, partner cross-functionally to shape the companys investment story, and leverage AI tools to streamline finance workflows.

Lead and develop a global benefits team and own strategy, design, governance, and operations for health, retirement, leave, and wellbeing across 40+ countries. Manage open enrollment, compliance, vendor relationships, budgeting, analytics, HRIS integrations, and deliver AI-driven improvements to benefits operations and employee experience.
