Manage and grow large, complex enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders. Develop and execute strategic account plans, demonstrate platform value, drive revenue expansion and retention, lead complex global deal negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products and deliver customer outcomes. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets and provide market feedback to influence product direction.

Own BigPanda's product operating system end-to-end, connecting Product, Engineering, and GTM. Build AI-powered voice-of-customer intake and beta/design-partner programs, run launch readiness and cross-functional checkpoints, prototype internal low-code/agent tooling and dashboards, unify automated metrics and reporting, and identify/manual-to-agent automations to ship first working versions and drive adoption.

Lead People Operations programs including compensation and total rewards, HRIS and compliance management, global entity and vendor operations, leave and policy administration, and cross-functional projects. Drive data integrity, dashboards, automation, and AI-native HR workflows to improve employee experience and operational excellence.
