The Sales Development Representative will conduct prospecting activities, research leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Leads a team of cloud and site reliability engineers responsible for system reliability, performance, security, incident response, on-call health, automation, observability, resiliency, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud cost optimization. Lead and build Sonar’s Austin Customer Solutions Engineering hub. Responsibilities include hiring and developing CSEs, establishing operating processes, driving technical health, adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers, coaching teams on CI/CD and DevSecOps, partnering with Sales, Product, and Support, and serving as a senior technical escalation point for executives and strategic customers.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, data quality, payroll support, benefits and visa/relocation coordination, EOR management, background checks, offboarding, compliance recordkeeping, employee support, and workforce reporting to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely HR processes globally.

Manage and design the partner program, focusing on value metrics, partner enablement, incentive management, and ecosystem marketing to enhance partner relationships and performance analytics.

Design, build, and operate massively scalable cloud services on AWS. Implement Infrastructure as Code, automate operations, run on-call for global services, and improve service quality to make developer workflows easier.

Own and evolve Sonar's AI-native internal platform: design, build, and operationalize agent/connector integrations (Claude/MCP, Rovo), administer and productize Jira Service Management and Atlassian Cloud, implement scalable automations and integrations, maintain CMDB/assets, enforce ITSM/ITIL processes, support security/compliance audits, and partner across teams to drive platform roadmap and stakeholder enablement.

Lead and scale Sonar's global recruiting function from Austin: manage a distributed TA team while owning requisitions, budgets, and full-cycle hiring for technical and GTM roles; redesign recruiting processes and tech (including AI-enabled workflows); build recruiting operations, metrics, employer branding, and compliance; partner with FP&A, Compensation, HR Ops, Procurement, and Legal to enable seamless candidate-to-employee transitions.

Lead a sales team to achieve goals while coaching members, managing KPIs, and developing strategic sales processes. Foster team growth and alignment across the organization.
