Develop and deploy AI-native systems supporting legal and compliance operations. Build production RAG and agentic AI solutions, including retrieval, memory, tool use, multi-agent workflows, and evaluation frameworks. Originate, structure, and close equity capital markets deals for a tokenized products suite. Build and manage external relationships and a robust pipeline, lead commercial negotiations, prepare origination materials, monitor market activity, and coordinate cross-functional execution through diligence, documentation, and closing.

Support development of tokenized equity products by conducting due diligence, building financial and commercial models, performing market and competitor research, preparing committee memos and presentations, tracking ECM activity, and owning research workstreams through transaction execution.
