Provides legal and business advice on tax planning, M&A, restructurings, audits, tax controversy, contracts, legal research, credits, and incentives. Drafts tax memoranda, protests, refund claims, and technical legal arguments; reviews tax provisions in commercial agreements; coordinates with external counsel; and collaborates with Tax, Finance, Legal, M&A, Treasury, and Government Affairs teams.

Leads Dow’s Digital Operations technology strategy, identifying and prioritizing intelligent automation opportunities, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions, and overseeing implementation across sites and functions. Partners with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business leaders to improve reliability, performance, adoption, and value realization. Provides strategic guidance to senior leadership while mentoring employees and promoting responsible, safe, and inclusive technology adoption.
