Leads IT engineering strategy, teams, and delivery across infrastructure, cloud, networking, compliance, and client implementations. Oversees enterprise and hybrid-cloud solutions, automation, monitoring, DevOps, security compliance, and continuous improvement. Implements secure configurations, device management (Intune), cloud workloads (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC), monitoring and security tooling, documents work in the ticketing system, and coordinates with clients and internal teams to meet project timelines and compliance (DIB/CMMC).
