Leads Undercover Tourist’s marketing organization, strategy, budget, and P&L impact. Owns customer acquisition and retention across paid media, SEO, email, SMS, content, creator partnerships, and strategic travel partnerships. Oversees brand positioning, marketing technology, analytics, and performance optimization while building and developing a high-performing team. The role requires executive communication, creator and partner negotiations, data-driven planning, and frequent travel to creator activations.

Designs, operates, and improves secure multi-account AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, monitoring, observability, and cloud security controls. Troubleshoots issues across the software delivery and runtime stack, documents operational standards, mentors engineers, and supports technical readiness reviews. The role also contributes to automation, reliability, and potentially generative AI infrastructure and developer workflows.
