Generate pipeline through prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals; manage complex enterprise sales cycles; engage C-level stakeholders; develop proposals and business cases; maintain Salesforce accuracy; forecast opportunities; and achieve sales quotas. The role uses consultative, value-based selling and collaborates with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Strategic Alliances. Travel may exceed 50%.

Administers subcontracts from pre-award through closeout, including drafting, negotiation support, modifications, flow-down clause implementation, compliance monitoring, performance tracking, documentation, audits, and risk mitigation.
