Manages customer engagement and IT service delivery for the Naval Enterprise Network. Serves as liaison to Department of Navy stakeholders, oversees contracts and project obligations, translates customer needs into actionable requirements, addresses execution issues, and develops mitigation plans for disputes and service deficiencies. Supports pre-sales activities for Kinaxis supply chain software by identifying customer needs, qualifying prospects, delivering customized product demonstrations, preparing presentations, following sales processes, providing product feedback, and coordinating transitions to Professional Services. Requires deep supply chain or enterprise pre-sales expertise, industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Analyzes web, customer, and campaign data to generate actionable digital marketing insights. Builds dashboards and presentations using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau; evaluates site performance, media monetization, A/B tests, and web projects; supports tagging, reporting validation, and vendor implementations. The role partners with stakeholders and Agile teams, manages analytics priorities, and communicates findings to guide marketing strategy and business decisions.

Review, label, and QA datasets for AI/ML training; maintain trackers, databases, and dashboards; follow annotation guidelines and SOPs; prepare and clean data; document processes; collaborate to resolve data queries while ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery.

Develop and grow new and existing wholesale distributor accounts through prospecting, cold calling, customer relationship management, order entry, site surveys, and meeting sales targets and budgets.

Handles Texas general liability and first-party property defense matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings and mediations, preparing witnesses and experts, advising clients, and negotiating settlements or alternative dispute resolutions.
