Manages the accounts receivable team and high-volume AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, customer billing support, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, forecasting, internal controls, SOPs, audits, and bad debt processes. Partners across Finance, Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve billing processes, and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity accounts, coordinating customer communications, follow-ups, onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals.
