Serve as the customer-facing advisor for Flashpoint threat-intelligence customers: manage relationships, understand use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate internally to deliver tailored solutions, drive adoption through training and reviews, and relay customer feedback to product teams to improve platform value.

Advise product and engineering on designing and delivering an enterprise access control capability on ServiceNow. Develop, maintain, integrate, configure, install, test, and deploy enterprise applications supporting food and agriculture operations. Provide advanced application support, manage incidents, validate releases, and collaborate with product teams, developers, vendors, users, and leadership to ensure stable production outcomes.

Conduct post-wildfire risk and erosion assessments, analyze hydrologic and geomorphic data, develop and implement flood and erosion mitigation plans, use GIS and remote sensing to map risk zones, monitor mitigation effectiveness, provide technical guidance and training, coordinate with agencies and communities, and prepare reports and educational materials.

Validate web applications, APIs, middleware, integrations, data flows, permissions, and AWS-backed services. Build and maintain automated tests (Playwright/TypeScript/JS), test APIs, analyze logs/databases/cloud evidence, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, and collaborate with developers and product teams to assess release risk.

Lead operational excellence initiatives by building dashboards and reporting, standardizing processes, designing tools and governance, partnering with scheduling and PMO, and driving continuous improvement to increase efficiency, predictability, and scalability.

Design, build, and maintain Branch's iOS apps by implementing robust architectures and complex UIs. Improve engineering standards, tools, and CI/CD pipelines, manage project priorities and deadlines, and collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable mobile features.
