Lead and facilitate Agile teams to deliver projects by applying servant leadership and project management practices. Coordinate and remotely manage teams of door-to-door canvassers to meet voter turnout goals. Run virtual briefings, support training and quality control, track performance and payroll, collaborate with regional leadership and data/operations teams, and work extended hours during peak campaign periods.
