Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships, account reviews, deployments, integrations, adoption, training, and ongoing support. Maintains databases, retrieves CMS data, prepares spreadsheets and reports, tracks client tasks, and supports financial analytics. Collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and provides client support. Requires knowledge of chargemaster elements, healthcare financial and patient accounting data, EHR systems, SQL, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Designs, develops, and maintains .NET backend services and ASP.NET Core APIs supporting edge gateways and IoT devices. Builds applications communicating with firmware over TCP, WiFi, and offline-tolerant architectures.
