Manage account health, retention, renewals, expansion, and recurring revenue while coordinating with technical, sales, product, support, engineering, and marketplace teams. Lead quarterly business reviews using revenue, audience, targeting, and market-trend insights. Develop client-specific marketing collateral, maintain publisher directories, and update AI knowledge-base and sales-enablement materials.

Provides bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, account reconciliation, monthly reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and administrative support for mission-driven clients.
