Own the end-to-end design of GrantOS, Instrumentl’s foundational platform spanning data, permissions, integrations, core workflows, and enterprise surfaces. Define system-wide interaction patterns, lead zero-to-one product discovery, conduct user research, influence product and engineering direction, and coach other designers. The role requires designing complex B2B SaaS platforms and agentic or AI-powered product experiences.

Develop production software for maritime route optimization, vessel performance and fuel-consumption modeling, voyage analysis, simulation, and route evaluation. Build and improve optimization algorithms, APIs, services, testing, and explainable recommendation systems using Rust and Python. Review course materials, record videos, and provide industry-aligned guidance that helps marketing professionals adopt AI as a repeatable production system.

Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Develops new B2B healthcare sales relationships across the Eastern U.S., engaging hospital and healthcare stakeholders. Builds account relationships, navigates hospital decision-making, presents clinical and scientific product benefits, achieves sales targets, uses CRM data, and generates leads through trade shows and conferences. Requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel, strong communication and organizational skills, healthcare market knowledge, technology aptitude, and valid driving credentials.

Develop and execute channel strategies for education reseller partners across an assigned territory. Build partner relationships, recruit and enable channel partners, create growth plans, meet sales targets, manage pipelines and forecasts, analyze partner performance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams. Represent LG at education events and conferences while expanding market coverage and revenue.

Designs and analyzes steel utility transmission and distribution structures using structural engineering software and finite element methods. Develops compliant, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs for quotes and orders; interprets customer specifications; supports drafting and sales; reviews drawings and as-built products; coordinates milestones; provides technical support; and ensures compliance with industry codes. The role may guide junior staff and requires up to 10% travel.

Build and operate AI agent systems with customer engineering teams, helping move prototypes into reliable production systems. Design agents, improve evaluations, monitoring, scaling, and reliability, and train customers on the Mastra framework. Translate recurring customer challenges into open-source framework improvements, fix performance issues, ship new primitives, improve code quality, and influence the product roadmap through production insights.

Leads new Institutional Membership growth and strategic account expansion, owning pipeline development, sales, renewals, net revenue retention, cross-sell, and upsell. Serves as executive advisor to corporate and philanthropic leaders, oversees account servicing, coaches Member Success partners, shapes programming, facilitates executive convenings, and builds community. Requires an established senior impact-sector network, strong commercial judgment, executive presence, facilitation skills, and people-management experience.
