Produce and edit longform podcast video episodes and platform-native shortform content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts. Manage Descript and Pro Tools workflows, multi-camera assembly, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails, and publishing. Monitor customer health, usage, and outcomes; conduct QBRs; drive adoption and growth; support integrations, workflow design, launches, and training; maintain CRM and billing records; resolve issues cross-functionally; advocate for customers; and build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects for distribution and eCommerce facilities. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines/budgets, support facility expansion and construction, integrate logistics and technology solutions, conduct operational analyses, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages clinical and operational agreements, including clinical trial, confidentiality, master services, consulting, and informed consent agreements.
