The Customer Experience Program Manager oversees client programs focused on organic growth, managing relationships, ensuring quality delivery, and driving satisfaction.

Develops IAM policies and standards, integrates access controls with enterprise systems, conducts risk assessments and security audits, advises stakeholders, evaluates IAM technologies, and leads implementation projects. Serves as an IAM subject matter expert while supporting compliance, identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access management initiatives.

Own technical strategy for mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through technical close. Lead architecture discussions, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value exercises, integrations, security reviews, and production-readiness evaluations. Design DataDome deployments across web, mobile, API, CDN, cloud, and hybrid environments; analyze traffic and logs; address technical objections; provide customer feedback to product and engineering; create enablement content; and mentor Solutions Engineers.

Investigate and prevent fraud involving customer accounts and pharmacy activity by analyzing RAS/PowerLine and PMS data, conducting proactive audits, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and recommend corrective actions and policy improvements.

Design and lead microservices architecture, APIs, data contracts, and cloud-native AWS systems. Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities, establish engineering standards, and drive technical planning and delivery. Build services with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and PHP; implement secure authentication, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, and operational readiness. Mentor engineers, manage reliability and performance, analyze cloud costs, and contribute to technical roadmap strategy.

Owns sales and business development across the Northeast, including lead generation, pipeline development, deal execution, account growth, channel partner development, forecasting, and customer relationship management. The role requires consultative selling of robotic automation, machine vision, and industrial solutions to manufacturers, system integrators, distributors, and strategic accounts. The manager will develop regional strategy, negotiate and close deals, represent the company at customer and industry engagements, and provide market feedback to leadership.

Lead end-to-end deployments of AI agents for procurement teams: map customer workflows, configure/test/tune agents, drive adoption and ROI, surface product insights, build implementation playbooks, and identify expansion opportunities while partnering with product, engineering, and sales.
