Own execution and delivery for Everlywell’s Intelligence Platform. Lead AI-powered recommendations, personalization features, enterprise dashboards, reporting products, data operations, and client-facing analytics. Partner with AI engineering, client success, and analytics teams to ship production ML features, improve data quality, reduce manual processes, and establish measurable product-value metrics.

Manage complex customer escalations and provide high-touch support to VIP and enterprise customers. Communicate with customers and vendors, resolve issues, document interactions, analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements. Support proactive customer engagement, follow escalation procedures, and help train junior representatives. Evening and weekend availability is required in this remote role.

Provides administrative support to the Bishop, Vicar General, and Vicar for Priests. Duties include correspondence, mail and call processing, dictation, translation, records and database maintenance, calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, event support, document preparation, and check requests.
