Manage regulatory reporting and fund administration for more than 300 ETFs. Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from advisers, accountants, custodians, and vendors for SEC filings including N-PORT and N-CEN. Support fund launches, audits, regulatory exams, vendor coordination, process improvements, and internal controls while guiding junior administrators and collaborating across Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services.

Supports ETF fund administration by preparing regulatory filings and reports, reconciling fund data, analyzing information in Excel and Power BI, monitoring operational workflows, and coordinating with advisors, custodians, auditors, accountants, clients, and service providers. Uses support trends and ticket data to identify knowledge gaps, improve self-service, establish KPIs, and drive scalable processes across Education, Support, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.

Build and operate product and technical initiatives across Boulevard’s event-driven platform, including scheduling, booking, marketing automation, and business tools. Partner with Product and Design, contribute to architecture, develop frontend or backend systems, maintain software quality through testing and observability, support production systems, mentor engineers, and improve delivery practices using AI-assisted development tools.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise cybersecurity software. Conduct user research, simplify workflows for administrators and end users, maintain cross-platform design consistency, and own scalable design systems and component libraries. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, specifications, and developer handoffs. Partner closely with Product and Engineering while using AI tools to accelerate design iteration.

Design, build, and maintain scalable E2E automation frameworks for web applications and APIs using Playwright or Selenium. Integrate Claude or other LLMs for self-healing tests, UI validation, and test data generation. Optimize QA workflows, manage defects and regression suites in Linear, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams. Mentor engineers and lead quality initiatives in an Agile environment.

Own enterprise customer relationships from proof of concept through conversion, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical evaluations, commercial processes, account growth, customer business reviews, issue triage, and renewal forecasting. Translate customer requirements into product priorities while partnering directly with Engineering and Product. This first dedicated Technical Account Manager will also develop the company’s post-sales playbook.

Leads litigation, eDiscovery, intellectual property, DMCA, and brand protection operations. Coordinates legal holds, document collections, productions, outside counsel, vendors, trademark and patent administration, copyright enforcement, domain management, and marketplace investigations. Requires extensive technology leadership, consulting, cloud, infrastructure, and program management experience.

Leads a sales team responsible for new-business growth, sales strategy, target achievement, and lead-to-contract conversion.
