Leads operational compliance across residential property management, including leasing, resident services, housing voucher programs, maintenance, notices, evictions, inspections, and local requirements. Lead Fonteva configuration, optimization, and enhancement on Salesforce. Translate membership-related business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage integrations and data migration, coordinate offshore development, and support backlog refinement, testing, documentation, deployment readiness, and knowledge transfer. Serve as a liaison between Business and IT while establishing long-term platform ownership and continuity.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise cybersecurity software. Conduct user research, simplify workflows for administrators and end users, maintain cross-platform design consistency, and own scalable design systems and component libraries. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, specifications, and developer handoffs. Partner closely with Product and Engineering while using AI tools to accelerate design iteration.

Own enterprise customer relationships from proof of concept through conversion, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical evaluations, commercial processes, account growth, customer business reviews, issue triage, and renewal forecasting. Translate customer requirements into product priorities while partnering directly with Engineering and Product. This first dedicated Technical Account Manager will also develop the company’s post-sales playbook.

Conduct threat hunting across network telemetry and PCAP to identify novel malicious activity, campaigns, and adversaries. Research, cluster, track, attribute, and disrupt cyber threats; integrate intelligence sources, tools, and tradecraft; develop detection rules; analyze binaries and reverse engineer threats; and produce actionable intelligence for customers and the public.

Designs, deploys, secures, and operates enterprise and service-provider networks across on-premises, colocation, and cloud environments. Manages routing, switching, peering, addressing, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and incident response. Maintains documentation and compliance evidence, serves as a technical escalation point, mentors junior engineers, and works directly with customers. The role is remote, includes occasional travel, and requires on-call and after-hours maintenance participation.
