Own technical pre-sales end-to-end: run demos on real data, scope and build integrations, lead multi-week POCs, write SOWs, hand off to deployment, and drive product feedback across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Support escrow closings by reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels and payoffs, clearing title requirements, and preparing settlement statements. Provide front-desk reception, customer service, clerical support, office and mail management, and maintain office equipment and supplies. Work on-site at company communities/job sites and assist with physical tasks related to construction trailers as needed.

Manage inbound/outbound transportation and 3PL operations, oversee carrier relationships and KPIs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate scheduling with production and warehouse, lead continuous improvement, analyze transport data for cost and service optimization, and support peak volume and operational disruptions.

Design, implement, and support hybrid IT/OT infrastructure across plants and corporate environments. Engineer networking, Windows server, virtualization, and Azure cloud services; maintain backup/DR, monitoring, and secure OT connectivity for SCADA/ICS systems. Partner with cybersecurity, produce documentation and runbooks, and develop architecture roadmaps to improve resilience, segmentation, and operational reliability. Travel to sites as needed.
