Administer and coordinate the team's CMS (AEM), manage user provisioning, document processes, lead content and knowledge-base projects, train content producers, write requirements, and communicate project status to stakeholders to deliver multilingual content initiatives on schedule.

Onsite senior web developer who builds/reporting solutions: write T-SQL reports, move data into cubes and troubleshoot, and develop Tableau reports. Works with end users, implements/deploys .NET/ASP.NET MVC web applications and uses MS Project and SDM processes.

Serve as primary contact for strategic retail customers, driving retention, adoption, and expansion through executive relationship-building, account planning, cross-functional coordination, and Executive Business Reviews.
