As the first designer at LeftLane, you will own design end-to-end, collaborate with the CEO & CTO, and interact with customers for feedback and implementation.

The Analytics Manager will lead analytics for the Payments and Identity lifecycle, manage a team of analysts, develop KPIs, and ensure data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Onboard and train new clients on products, provide follow-up support, travel nationwide to manage accounts, analyze client data to recommend training, build client relationships, troubleshoot software issues, and coach groups to ensure successful product adoption.

Drives adoption of AssetMark’s Private Wealth and other wealth solutions among independent financial advisors across an assigned Texas or Florida territory. Responsibilities include consultative selling, advisor relationship development, portfolio and wealth strategy support for HNW and UHNW clients, pipeline and territory management, presentations, industry event participation, and collaboration with internal investment and planning specialists. The role is fully remote but requires regular regional travel.

Own full-cycle accounting and payroll for one to two companies, including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, month- and year-end close, and financial statement preparation. Maintain audit-ready records, support external audits, ensure GAAP and tax compliance, handle basic HR admin, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients: evaluate and qualify leads, conduct initial consultations, schedule attorney appointments, maintain high-volume communications, use CRM for data entry and reporting, and meet sales goals.

Execute offensive security engagements (red team, app/cloud assessments), develop custom exploits/payloads and tools, translate field findings into product improvements, integrate AI tooling into workflows, and mentor peers while producing clear, actionable client reports.

Lead email and CDP strategy, own end-to-end email marketing and segmentation, enforce data hygiene and compliance, deploy AI-driven automation, align direct mail with digital campaigns, manage reporting and MarTech evaluation, and supervise one or more team members while collaborating with data, product, and growth teams.

Lead cloud-native rearchitecture of a large monolithic system into microservices using AWS/Azure and Kubernetes. Design resilient, highly available infrastructure with Terraform, implement monitoring/alerting, solve complex cloud networking and security challenges, drive DevOps/CI-CD adoption, evaluate technologies, and mentor engineering teams.

Support program managers by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders; monitor progress against goals and timelines; collate and analyze project data; manage basic data management tasks; draft project review reports and presentations; ensure client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement.
