Lead design and build of AI-driven enterprise contact center and CX solutions in pre-sales: translate workflows into prototype architectures, architect retrieval/orchestration/validation systems, run technical discovery, partner with account teams, and deliver production-grade proofs of concept that handle real-world constraints and KPIs.

Lead and run end-to-end agile processes for engineering pods, prioritize roadmaps in Linear, align stakeholders, report delivery metrics, manage dependencies and risks, onboard cross-pod projects, and work hands-on with engineering and AI agents to convert requirements into shippable features.
