Lead day-to-day sales execution for a region or vertical, manage and coach frontline teams, drive pipeline and enterprise deals, meet ARR targets, partner cross-functionally, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, represent the company in negotiations, and develop sales talent while tracking performance and market trends.

Lead Commercial & Special Lines account management for large providers: manage salvage processes, monitor SLAs and metrics, deliver data-driven reporting, resolve issues, build provider relationships, and support new services and markets with cross-functional teams.

Manage cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of corporate and institutional donors. Serve as primary contact for corporate partners, author proposals and grant reports, ensure funder compliance, build workplace giving programs, and organize Regional Advisory Councils including volunteer recruitment and management. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deliverables and represent the organization in trainings and speaking engagements.

Lead and develop district sales managers to achieve territory volume, distribution, and execution targets in the small-format channel. Drive sales plans, KPIs, route-to-market execution, merchandising, promotional compliance, and cross-functional alignment while coaching field teams and reporting performance to the General Sales Manager.

Serve as technical and clinical partner across the sales cycle: run technical and workflow discovery, design integration-aware solutions for legacy EHRs, deliver demos, support technical validation and security/compliance reviews, assist RFPs and architecture reviews, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs and adoption.

Design and implement polished UI/UX and reusable components, expand and maintain the design system, collaborate with product engineers, ship frontend features using TypeScript and React, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.

Lead discovery, design, implementation, migration, and optimization of Atlassian solutions (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket). Architect enterprise migrations, build integrations via REST APIs/webhooks and marketplace apps, configure advanced schemes/workflows/permissions, perform health checks, and advise clients while mentoring junior staff.
