Expand and maintain Hudl's front-end platform to accelerate product teams: design and implement scalable, performant, accessible front-ends and tooling (Vite, Next.js), consult and review front-end work, support adoption of design systems, and mentor teams to improve developer experience.

Serve as the primary client contact for routing, student information, and schedules; manage daily trips, monitor timeliness, troubleshoot issues, coordinate driver compliance with Field Operations, build and maintain routes and quotes, communicate with districts/parents/drivers via multiple channels, generate and review operational reports, handle escalations calmly and professionally, and support cross-training across departments.

Drive project prioritization, budget input, staff development, and operational reliability.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will focus on vacuum design for semiconductor manufacturing, involving interaction with physicists and conducting design validation. Responsibilities include design, analysis, and development of vacuum systems and components, and collaborating throughout the product development cycle.
