Provide end-to-end corporate travel support for contracted clients, booking domestic and international travel using GDS and ticketing tools, managing reservations/changes/cancellations, ensuring policy compliance, advising on visas/passports/health requirements, maintaining operational queues and SOPs, and delivering high-quality customer service and account backup support. Remote work required.

Provide remote support for corporate travel ticketing queues, manage PNRs across shifts, coordinate with carriers for ticketing/waivers/refunds, research industry updates, and assist coworkers and agents professionally and promptly.

Identify and close new business opportunities with healthcare payers and PBM clients. Develop relationships and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product/service information, resolve complaints, document interactions, follow scripts and procedures, meet performance targets, escalate complex issues, and protect customer confidentiality.
