IT Analyst Interns apply business analysis, data analysis, visualization, user experience, project management, and product management skills to real IT challenges. Provides first-line People support to team members and leaders, resolving routine HR questions, triaging and documenting requests, maintaining confidential records, completing HR transactions, and supporting People Operations, Benefits, Payroll, compliance, leave, and People Systems activities. The role also assists with reporting, audits, communications, process documentation, and recurring projects while escalating complex matters appropriately. Mentor engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and collaboration while participating in on-call support.

Provides first-line technical support to residential and small business customers for voice, data, security, video, broadband, and phone services. Troubleshoots issues, documents customer interactions, monitors outages and maintenance events, identifies root causes, implements solutions, and escalates unresolved problems. The role requires managing multiple support tickets, communicating technical information clearly, and working scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is remote but includes in-person training in High Point, North Carolina.

Manages end-to-end supply chain operations, including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, supplier relationships, and order delivery. Leads operational improvements, risk management, compliance, transportation negotiations, and performance measurement while coordinating across procurement, production, sales, customer support, quality, and engineering. Provides people leadership to operations specialists and ensures efficient, sustainable supply chain performance.
