Leads Rocket Software’s global People Business Partner team and establishes its strategic operating model. Advises executives on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent, engagement, performance, and change. Partners with People Team centers of excellence and business leaders to deliver scalable people strategies, workforce solutions, and organizational effectiveness programs.
