Supports the SaaS order-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, including sales order processing, contract review, billing, invoice distribution, collections, revenue recognition support, reconciliations, and month-end close. Maintains customer, contract, and billing data; resolves account discrepancies; supports audits and internal controls; and partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve billing processes.
